It's true that they aren't an authorized dealer, but I've bought a bunch of stuff from them without any problems. I think they offer a warranty for a price if thats a concern for you.
Your components are really a personal choice. If it sounds good to you, that's what counts
personally I would skip the cap.

the cap wont make a difference? But everything else looks good? Also have you heard of Hertz speakers? The shop was going on about how good these speakers are and how they were one of the best they heard... heres a link to them http://compare.ebay.com/like/2007208..._lwgsi=y&cbt=y
From my experience the cap could help if your elec. system is having trouble keeping up. But I would try it without first.
The other stuff looks good, didn't look at the wiring kit though. Heh.
How are you driving the front speakers? Shaker 500?
Edit: oh ya, the hertz speakers I heard sounded pretty awesome. But they were from the higher range line. With a professional install. Not sure which ones you linked to, your link sent me to the eBay homepage.

Edited my last post for the hertz.
Sry, I'm not up on the latest stuff. Any decent 3 or 4 channel amp should do. I'm using a 6 channel JL amp to drive an active 3way setup. Depending on what your stock setup is you could be looking at a more complicated instal by adding the front channel amp though.

You might find this useful http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=499 it's an online service manual with wiring diagrams for the stock audio system.

The sub will sound nice and the amp should be alright, although hifonics is a bit hit-and-miss.
I would agree with skipping the capacitor, it's a bandaid for the problem of not supplying enough current for your system and you should just fix it if you have serious dimming problems. I would not buy that amp kit, most of the stuff I've seen that cheap will NOT be true 4 gauge wire and will have a huge jacket. Somebody told me about knukonceptz.com and I highly recommend their wiring after using some of their 0 gauge for my big 3 install. It's reasonably priced, the gauges are accurate, and it's very flexible so it's easy to install.

I like everything listed! I've been installing car audio since I was 16 years old (20 years). For me personally JL Audio Subs aren't worth the extra money. Im currently running an Alpine Type R 12 and to me, its just as good without all the extra money. Now, I do like the new JL Audio XD600/1 amplifier and will probably be getting one for my car to replace the Kicker 400.1 I have now. But that's just my opinion. It will sound awesome either way. Choose your sub box well. It's a big part of how it'g going to sound and look in the trunk.
