USB Drive/Ipod Connection

I have the base non-Sync stereo system in my '13 Mustang. What options are available to connect either a USB flash drive or Ipod to it?

If you look a little further down in the forum you will see a post titled:

WRITE UP - Bluetooth and Handsfree Phone + switched Console 12v

There should be everything you need in that thread. Even though the title says bluetooth, it also adds a USB connection.

Thanks, but I have tried the Grom Audio device and in my opinion it sucks and the functionality of it is sub-par at best.
