My interior is lacking. Ideas?
Hey all,
Because my mustang didn't come with any packages, the interior of my car is REALLY lacking. Tech equipment, style, everything is lacking. What are some cool homemade mods I can do? (For example, using a tablet with the SYNC system, or using a special green marker to color the stitching, like some other threads have stated) Also, what are your favorite interior mods that you've done to your mustang? Seats, trims, electronics, anything. I'm trying to look for ideas for me to "spice up" my interior because it's literally bone stock. I just bought some Raxiom LED lighting for the map lights, that's all I got so far. Thanks for any ideas!

Ambient light kits are easy, cheap, and simple to install.
Dash kits if you want to add some flair to the interior.
Aftermarket audio (see my thread about my upcoming audio install)
Replace the seats with Ricaros, or order a leather upgrade kit.
Did you get a 6sp manual? Change the shift **** and/or boot and e-brake leather.
How about upgrading the pedals to stainless?
and so on, and so on, and so on.....

Here is what I did. First upgrade the steering wheel - GT500. Dash kit from Sherwood Industries, if you have a stick, Speed Dawg shift ****, UPR billet pedal covers, paint the center console and door panels to your liking, tribar ponies in the inserts, go with the rubber floor mats (carpets collect too much dirt), and of course upgrade to Roush take off leathers. I wanted the steering wheel controls to work so I picked up a Shaker head unit. Of course, personalize to your preference
