If someone found a small enough pen they could probably do it. Would be super tedious. But it would look even better than on the black

Use blue painter's tape on either side of the stitching and do say a foot at a time - it would be easy, and you can use the edges of the tape to guide the pen.

Would be hard to get into the crevices and corners though. The marker has a pretty wide tip. The black hides the mistakes and wipes off clean

Has anyone done this with grabber blue? I only have cloth seats so I would be limited to the steering wheel, just wanting to see how it came out.

Haven't seen a grabber blue colored pen yet. But if you can find one, it will come out good and look right. Mine has been there for 7 months now. And still looks great. Took it in for the front control arm squeak, and the service manager and tech all commented on the red stitching

Same thing happens to me there like "how'd you get green stitching, I know we didn't give it to you like this".. As for the grabber pen I'm sure there has gotta be one just got to look around. I'll keep an eye out

Just ordered 3 lime green pens to do mine, since the weather is so nice I won't be sweating like crazy while doing it.

I borrowed your Idea and dyed mine Red.. Found some permanent markers at Wal-Martmade for dying clothe and making designs on hats, shoes, and shirts. Workedexcellent... Pics to follow shortly. The tips are extra fine and like a littlepaint brush made it very easy to do... the tip is no wider than the stitching...Thanks for the idea looks fantastic.

You talking about the actual lettering or the stitch?
