Four letter words and My Sync

Am I the only one cursing my Sync Systems ability to recognize my voice commands? I can make phone calls with little difficulty. I can also connect to my cell and Pandora using the command " Bluetooth Audio." When it verifies the command, it comes back garbled, but makes the connect. Any other commands, it refuses to recognize and comes back with something entirely different. I welcome any suggestions that help explain my shortcomings.

I dont have the same problem with Siri. It gets it right 90% of the time.

I find that Sync does a pretty good job of recognizing my commands unless there is too much background noise, such as while moving with the top down. I find it helps to look (or even reach your head) toward the microphone.
