yeah I was going to say it will usually raise the seat the thickness of the extender. Doesn't look like 1/2" to me but we'll see.

Do you have installation instructions for these?

Has anyone used them and can post photos of what they did?

they didn't come with any instructions. I'm sure once the seat is out they will be very easy to install.

The cars are crash tested with the factory installation of seats to floor. My concern is the strength of the new set-up with the seat track extensions. No directions with hardware creates some doubt about doing this.
There are a lot of dummies on the road around S. Florida, so safety is an issue for me, even though I could use the extra leg room.

Same here.

I sit closer due to the manual too though.

I have played with that as much as possible, not going to get any better then it is now. Do you have 4" to go back till your at the ends of the track? I do have longer legs then some other tall people at an inseam of 40.

I'm not uncomfortable really, I just could be more comfortable than I am now. My major concern is I drive for long distances on a regular basis so I would like to have as much leg room as possible.

I will agree about the comfortable part. It took me a long time to dial it in just right. I tried it all the way back at first but it was never comfortable especially because of clutching. if you angle the seat perfectly you can sit closer and be more comfortable. Its a ***** to get it back there so dont let anyone adjsut it on you!

With a 40" inseam, that is where you fit it differently than most. I'm 6'3" with a 36" inseam and fit fine. Not sure where I would put another 4" on my legs either.

Yup, 5" taller, but it's almost all leg, they kinda come up beside the steering wheel. I got long arms to so I can still reach the wheel no problem. If I can pick up 2" more leg room I'll be happy.
