I have the factory NAV with the dual control. Lately the first start of the day the car makes a CLACK CLACK CLACK CLACK CLACK sound and then stops. The sound is coming from under the dash. Usually this is the only time I hear it. Today I changed the temperature and it started the CLACK again and stopped. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

 

Sadly that is a worn worm gear on one of the a/c control modules, or it could be a stuck flap causing same issue.

Dash has to come out :/
