I'm a little bit confused why would you need a separate level control? Wouldn't the overall audio level be controlled by the factory radio volume ****? Or is this for the subwofer?

I bought it to control the sub amp.

Pull the **** off and remove the potentiometer and LED from the metal plate. Then drill holes in that little plastic removable plate inside the center console and mount them on it. That's what I'm gonna do with the one from my DQL-8.
