Changing base 2014 seats

I want to upgrade my base interior to leather seats. My driver's side is powered, but passenger side is not. I found a nice set of leather seats with the white stripes from a 2012 Mustang. The seats I'm sure should fit, just not sure about the wiring harnesses and air bag plugs, and since my passenger side does not have power seats, will it work?

I would guess you will not have an issue with the drivers side. I believe that the wiring is not there for the passenger power and not sure how involved to get it added. If nothing else the leather skins on the seats will fit and if I remember correctly it was not a huge undertaking to swap. It is nice to have a power passenger seat and will be worth the change. I suggest you do some searching on the site. You should find info on this out there. I know it has been discussed before in the past but not sure of the thread. Good luck!

They changed the airbag connectors part way through the 2012 model year. If you have later seats they will fit. If they are the early 2012 style connector they will not plug into the wiring on the 2014 car.
