I was looking on eBay and saw custom boxes for the 2013 mustang. It places the sub on the passenger side toward the trunk. I'd love to get some better sound but don't want subs taking up my whole trunk. Seems like a pretty good alternative.

 

Personally, I would go to a local shop and talk it out with someone in person and maybe you can even save that way and get more of what you want?
