I'm normally not the type who asks the Internet things like what color his car should be but, please bear with me for a moment:

What is the "best" display color for the Aeroforce Interceptor? I mean in terms of contrast and overall visibility, both day and night. I'm leaning towards the blue one, but only because it matches the ice blue cluster illumination best, probably.

Opinions and pictures are very welcome.

 

I started with a blue set for the same reason, but in bright light especially with my vert, it was very hard to read during the day due to lack of contrast. The black/white set I have now is huge improvement and is much easier to read in any light condition.

 

yes, you can forget about being able to read the blue in the daytime, especially if you're wearing polarized sunglasses. The black would be the best choice for overall visibility although it may not match the other gauge colors so much.

I just installed mine this morning and it took longer to read the setup/users manual than the actual install. TK, any chance you setup your Annunciator for the shift light to work? Bit confused on it, thanks

 

I added the 5.0 insignia as well($10), it's part of the order process on Aeroforce website. I also dropped $10 to get the all chrome bezel but after looking at the stock version (black with silver overlay) I decided to go with the stock bezel.
