8" door sub wire color ID?

I'm upgrading my sound system in my base model 2013 mustang gt and going with Pioneer TS-D6802R's for the doors and rear and wiring up some premium door panels with the 8" subs.

I know the factory 8" door subs arent all that, but atleast it looks good.

Until someone wires up some shallow subs that can accept the factory grill and chrome grill surround - ill just be using the stock ones.

Can anyone tell me what the wire colors are? I see that there are 4 wires.. a white, red, black, and blue.

Which ones are positive and which ones are negative?
by the way i did check - http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=499 already and didnt find the same colors.

Thanks!

A lot of times Ford has the color change at the plug, so i would see if the colors change going into the harness.

unfortunately i dont have the harness since its a base model :-/ base model doesnt have an amp or anything like that from the factory and definitely doesnt come with 8" subs in the doors.

I've decided that I'm going to do the old battery trick once I figure out how to remove the grille..

I also found a diagram that says if its 2 ohm dvc you can wire it up to be 4ohm (using both sides of the terminals etc)

If i get some good results I'll post up what I THINK may be positive and negative for anyone else that may have this question.

I looked at this picture from another forum to compare but its a totally different door sub! the numbers dont match at all!

It is just like the pic above as far as the layout goes... On my speakers the positive is the white and red.

Typically, a red wire is positive, a white wire is positive and a black wire is negative.
