2012 Audio Upgrade
Added some boom to my base model mustang. As well as some interior glow.
-Scosche double DIN dash kit(w/ firmware update)
-Pioneer AVH-P4400 BH (navigation add on soon to come)
-Twin Rockford Fosgate Prime amps (one for highs, one for lows)
-Twin 10' subwoofer(s) (built into spare tire compartment)
-Race Red (PQ) painted Center Console and power window switches.
-Lights only come on when doors are opened. (cup holder lights are switched on when headlights are activated)
-The double din being so low isn't really much of a pain, as most of the time i am driving and don't touch the stereo(plus i use the small remote, and soon hopefully this week ill have my upgraded premium wheel.)
Here is the new steering wheel, makes a world of difference.
Finally got the the sub woofers and the other amp installed. (not complete, still needs upholstering and such.)

I don't have sync, but that is why the top screen is retained and outside temp readings. I believe you need an extra module for sync to work with a non OEM DIN.

It gives a very crisp and clear sound. The trunk lid and rear end also seem very sturdy, no rattling of any sort. The lows are subtle and the mid and highs will more than likely make me def at an early age. Not loud at all from outside(unless you roll down the windows, or open the doors) Hopefully ill have the finished product by the end of the month.

How did you install the cup holder lights and any close-up pics? What type of lights did you use in the cup holders? Which lights did you use under the dash and did you install some lights under the seats too?

The cupholder lights are four LED diodes all with resistors to take the voltage from the car. They are set up to only run when the headlamps are on (at night). I got a pack of ten for around 3$ or 4$. There are LED strips(very flexible, not the water proof kind) under the dash, as well as in the trunk. Those were set up to turn on when the the doors open, or when i switch on one of the dome lights. I did not wan't to add any under the seats, i believe it would have been a little too bright.
