2010 Shaker 500 Sound Reactive LED Strips

I am wonder how to go about adding in 12V LED strips that are sound reactive. I have located the Shaker 500 Amps.

1.Where would I splice the wire to hook up the LEDs at? (I found the 12V in, but the outputs seem to all be a steady ~6v, I need 12v but they should be fluctuating as the music changes bass levels, loudness ETC. It does not.

Any other questions just ask, and thanks in advance for any help..

Most of those ricey LEDS and Neons that pulse to music have a built in controller, they react to the actual sound, not by connecting them to an input or output of the amp... Think twice before putting that junk in your car, but its up to you.

you can just hook them up to the wires that go to the subs in the doors if you want. it will work and the louder you turn it up the brighter it will get. but diodes (which is what a led is)only work one way like it wont work with reverse continuity and audio signal is a AC voltage it switches positive and negative hundreds of times a second depending on the frequency playing. but they will work. kinda ricey but if thats what you like then go for it.
