12V Switched Power

I am trying to make the 12V power in my armrest be switched. I have a 12V relay, expecting that I would be able to find a switched 12V wire. The relay is otherwise wired correctly, because the 12V port works through the relay if the relay is being energized by the constant 12V power line the port is usually wired to.

However, when I try to wire it to the ACC wire it's not working. It looks like that wire is only getting ~6V. I found what I think is the ignition wire, but that is only ~2V. I'm really not sure if I am getting at the right wires, none of the information I can find on the internet regarding wiring colors lines up perfectly with what I'm seeing.

Anything blatantly obvious I am doing wrong? Is there another wire in there that is actually switched 12V? I'm having trouble getting useful information from what wiring diagrams I can find.

Thanks for any help guys.

What do you want me to get pics of? The wiring bundle? I will get that tomorrow.

I am trying to tap into cables in the bundle by the shifter.

Looking at your post in the thread here:

You did exactly what I am trying to do, same BT dongle and all. If you could point me at your write-up (if you already did it) or answer a few questions about where/what color the radio wire is that you tapped into that would be amazing.

lol i dont know how you didnt see it on the "interior and audio" its like the 5th post down from the top currently...

since you dont have the pac frd24 adapter i have, i think the wires to check once you unplug the BIG harness would be the 2 on the top left (if you are facing the female end of the plug...) I'm not 100% on that.. so please test with a multimeter. the one on far left should be battery constant 12v and one next to that should be ignition/acc on.
