Once the car is lowered? I'm new to the Mustang, but I'm guessing I don't get any more camber when lowering the rear? These are 18x10 +34 with 285/30-18s. I would be running 285/40-18s if they fit (and repowdercoating them a more conservative color):

They came black, but I powdercoated them orange:

My advice is to sell them, and buy wheels of the proper size and offset. There are a number of brands available that look similar, and they'll already be black. The benefit you have is that you still have your OEM wheels/tires to roll on until you arrange for tires/wheels to replace them.
When lowering the rear, you may need to get an adjustable panhard bar to re-center the rear end. I had to, and I only dropped my car 1.5 inches in the back.

I;m out of town til monday, but they arrived yesterday, along with my H&R springs and new front rotors. Just need the calipers to come in at the dealership. Hopefully I'll have everything on next week. Also still need to decide on final caliper color. Thinking of a dark candy red to match with the black taillights.
decided I don't like the wheel and the tires. Went with too narrow a tire for the rim. Also, they have the logo, that you can see in the top of the wheel in the picture on a spoke, which is fine, but its on a placard that sticks out from the rest of the spoke.
Sending them back and reordered the all silver version, because the logo won't stick out as much, and went from the recommend 255s to 275s. They will be here tomorrow and also going to start the lowering tomorrow.

fyi, if you add camber to the front (a good idea for the track), you can get it to tuck in the fender just fine. i have a 19x10 et27 up front and have no rubbing, mostly because of stiff springs, but a little extra camber (1.8°) helps too. the back is a little aggressive though. i'm assuming those are forgestar f14s--if so, call them up and see if you can machine the hub down a little bit. 3-5mm should put you close to the safe zone, as long as you don't stuff a 335 on there.
