Went crazy with VHT Nightshade yesterday and tinted my fogs, side markers, and tails. I also black chromed my pony emblem and license plate trim. I was not anticipating my fogs turning out purple with the lights on. Any ideas for the 5.0 badge I was thinking about black chroming it too.

You did a fantastic job! It looks good but IMHO I think it's a better idea to get tint off of eBay. I tinted all of mine for under $40 and it didn't turn mine purple lol.

And for the badge, use plasti dip, it's pretty amazing stuff!

 

Well it was free for me because I had some left over from my previous vehicle so it wasn't a hard decision lol. I wonder if the OEM bulbs make them look that way. Its kinda cool in a way I guess. Imma check them out when it gets dark out and see. It kind of a reddish purple. As far as the 5.0 badge I'm dreading removing and reapplying it.

 

With plasti dip you don't have to, look up some vids, you leave it on the car, tape off around it. Spray then remove whatever you wanna remove.
