Quarter glass louvers

Does anyone know if you can safely remove the quarter glass louvers on a 2010 Mustang Gt? They are the factory ones, and I'm noy sure if they are held on by 3m tape or velcro. Thanks.

I decided to hell with it. I had to nine out started in the back and worked a little till I heard the Velcro let go.
