Price for 3m vinyl striping?

How much do people typically pay to have vinyl stripes put on? Just if you were to go to a company and say you wanted 3m double stripes with a lower side stripe what would be the average a quality job would cost in your opinion?

I ask because I chose the glass roof they wont put stripes on from the factory. So I'm going to have it done, just I have no clue what is or isn't a good price. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

And no I'm not going to do it myself.

Thanks!

I checked before I did mine and for just the side lowers it was going to be 75 dollars installed per side. I spent the time and just did mine myself and got the stripes from AM which is 3M vinyl.

When I had the stripes put on my 2010 GT it cost about $200 (hood and side) and it was 3M. I just put side stripes on my 2013 and it cost $180 and it was Avery. I live in NY state if that matters.

I paid $450, went from the nose to the tail (underneath the rear). My stripes extend more than factory does for a GT.

Thanks for the responses. One company wanted 800 bucks and it seemed way out of line.

I had racing stripes and rocker stripes installed for $250. Another shop in San Diego quoted me $400.

Shop around! To install the center hood (black) decal, I was quoted $150.00 (don't think this guy wanted to spend his time doing it), $75.00, and then $40.00.

I was leary on the low ball $40.00 quote untill I found that this person also does the stripe work for all of a large Ford dealership in Lakeland, Florida. Did a fantastic job.

Sometimes lower pricing does not mean inferior quality, but you have to do some homework and checking. Ask to see their work.

Sounds like custom cut from a vinyl shop.

If I were still in Columbia I would say buy them and then drive down and I would help you put them on but alas I left last month. Petty's garage does quality work.
