Mine are actually all factory installed. They played a huge part in me purchasing the car. I wouldn't have bought black without them. It's a 2011 V6 Premium with Pony and Comfort packages, Automatic and 3.31 gears. I've only owned it for a week and a half but absolutely love it.

Maybe you guys can help me out .
there is a picture on one of the forums out there of a gotta have it green 13 to 14 mustang with double rally pinstripes in silver .
The silver stripes look awesome and I want to move forward on putting the stripes on mine.
Problem I have found is there are several shades of silver out there.
Anyone know where this picture of the gotta have it green with silver stripes is so I can see exactly where the stripes are from?

Question for all you owners of striped cats: is there such thing as a vinyl stripe that allows the sun to come through so that the paint underneath the stripes fades along with the rest of the paint? This is the thing that's holding me back from putting stripes on mine. I fear that after a couple or few years I might get tired of the stripes or want a different look and when I go to remove them, I've got different colored paint.
