I have the Cervini side scoops and the MMD Eleanor louvers on order. I'll post pics when they arrive and I get them installed.

I can tell you that the side window and rear window louvers I had on my car added a lot of interior noise. That is why I removed them and will never have them on my car again

I think Roush louvers look the best.
My rear window louvers don't make any interior noise.

Mine's are from American Muscle (Eleanor style). On regular or fast driving they will not make any noise that I can notice, but when there is strong crosswind, you will hear them, just turn your radio volume up.
By the way they have an entry an exit holes, I think that maybe is important to have some flow on those scoops, some of them do not have an exit rear hole.

first I remove the rear window louvers and things got quieter, then I removed the side window louvers and things got a lot quieter, I never realized how loud they were until I removed them.

One thing the new ones have going for them is a lot quieter on the interior noise...

you might want to look into the silverhorse racing side window louvers. These are inset and flush. you remove the actual window and replace it with these. the are easier to see out of and they look great. here is an outside view and inside view.
