possible rim choice

Naturally with any new car, the idea of rims comes to mind. So i started looking. Got a couple ideas but i wanna see what people think about these.

i have a 2011 black gt

hmm They might look good on a lowered black car but to be honest they're really not my taste.

Not a fan at all.

And without backspacing information, there is no way to know if that will fit.

The first wheel is ok...ish. It reminds me of something Discount Tire would have hanging on the wall. The second link just sends me to tirerack...no wheels.

Now that one looks good. The little rivets are a nice touch.

Foose makes some similar to those but with a little wider spoke.

Yeah I've got the Foose Nitrous Chrome 20" Staggered....they look amazing on these cars even before lowering....

To me, wheels are a HUGE statement on a car, so the extra $$$ is worth it. Rather than just settling, I would look around, find exactly what you want, save and buy!

Your right about that and i am pretty impressed by what i see with the second rim. Even got to see it on a mock simulator thingy they had on there site and it looks pretty good the black on black. I know its not some peoples cup of tea but i like it. And i know when it comes to rims its all about what you like.. but its always nice to get some outside opinions.

I'm guessing by second rims, you're talking about the black with the Z?

I don't know how different the rims are made from Foose's wheels, as far as materials and such, but I haven't had a single issue with these wheels, and have thought about doing like a plastidip or something to get a temporary look at black with my '12....I've just personally always like chrome wheels.

But yes, everything about our cars is what makes you happy. Not anyone else.

Looking forward to an update on what you decide on!
