I should be getting my new GT500 in soon and i was wondering if there will be any SS style hoods available soon. Really i would like to see more of an aftermarket before i pull the trigger on sending this beast to quantum performance to be turned into a Super Snake 750HP.

 

They offer the SS hood for the 2010 GT500. However, it doesn't look very good with the updated body style. This car needs something different.

 

I am wondering if the KR hood would look good on the 2010 GT500

 

I loved the hood on the older model. Although the KR hood was superior to the SS. The problem with the new SS hood is it's forward vents sit to high. If they could bring that down a bit it would be fine.

 

I thought it looked real nice on the Patriot Mustang so much so that I want it, however, it's not yet available a la cart, and I have a nasty feeling it's going to be more than the $1,099.99 they have been asking for the 07-08 SS hood.
