So that's it. Just the 55w kid the h11 bulbs and the mounting kit? That's all ill need to install the hids in the gt/Cs fog light kit? No wiring harness or ballast?

35watts, nothing else, go for the mounting brackets. 55w will be a little too much for the fogs. not that they can't handle it, I'm sure, but more like that's insane :-)

to illustrate the point the stock bulbs put out roughly 750-800 lumens. The 35w HIDs will put out around 3000 lumens, and the 55w kit will get close to 5000 lumens.

also with your kit to get closest to the factory color go with the 4500k kit. it'll be a little whiter/bluer as your stock bulbs are around 4300k. if you want them to match perfectly, 4500k replacement bulbs for the headlights will be needed.

The lower fogs upon direct glance will look a hair bluer, but that's more because the optics of the lense than anything.

Wow very descriptive. I think ill just try out the 4500k in the fogs and if the difference bothers me that much ill switch out the headlights to 4500k as well. However, I don't see this bothering me that much. Seems like the 35watt will have plenty of power being it's 3x-4x more then the stock. Great info Danielle!

I hated all of my lights, even the factory HIDs,

So i went 6000k everything, Headlights, foglights, and the 6000k switchbacks (I have a 2012) for the turn signals.

All of it is now the light hint of blue and they all match
