Black has grown on me... a lot.. in one day. Might just have them fix the sides and stripe above the windshield and call it finished.

Excuse the grainy pics...

Looks really good, I like both the white & the black stripes! As Paul (BigPapi's Pony) once said on TMS: "Black and Grabber Blue go together like peanut butter and jelly."

Won't these work (available in 17,18, 19, and 20, and in a variety of finish configurations).

BTW, I think you should keep the black stripes, and get the rocker stripes fixed.

I know what you mean about getting lost but that is a better problem then clashing with the back of the car which is exactly what you will have with the white stripes. Three different textures/finishes and three different colors. white stripes on black car only with this rear end treatment.

Keep the black OTT stripes. Those side rocker stripes are too generic for my taste, lose them or get something like a hockey stripe or c stripe for the side.....my opinion of course.

None will clear big brakes.

I love a good black N blue combo but don't like the dark stripes on the 2013 Mustangs for 2 reasons:
1) They hide the contour of the front grill openings. White stripes really help accentuate the shape.
2) The dark stripes get lost in the black deck panel on the back.

I ordered a white SVT GT500 with blue stripes. Since the stripes are so dark, I will most likely take them off the front bumper and the rear of the car. The stripes will just be on the top surfaces & the back of the rear spoiler. After a TON of searching, I was lucky enough to find pictures of one car that didn't have the stripe on the front bumper. I like the way the solid white bumper breaks up the 2 grill openings.

If you're gonna have them take the stripes off anyhow, you could just take the stripes off the front bumper & the back of the car to see if you like it any better before going with a total change to white stripes.

May have missed this but...

Could peeling the stripes off damage the car in any way?

This is kinda funny because I posted a few days ago telling Danielle to go with black stripes instead. I agree with everyone else - it looks amazing as is!

I like the white.

How wide is that rocker stripe that they put on, BTW?

I think white stripes look a WHOLE LOT BETTER on Grabber Blue than Black. Especially for a girl, but regardless, it just looks better with white stripes, with that particular color. I would make them change it back to the way you ordered it. This is nice, but, ehh, it's only OK. I could live with it, but knowing there is better for Grabber Blue I would never be 100% happy.

While grabber blue isn't exactly my favorite color out of the current line up, I agree that the white strips do look better than the black ones. The black stripes just seem a little too harsh on that light of a color. I think having the panel between the tail lights painted and decaled to match would make a big difference as well.

I love the contrast of the black stripes, gb paint and brembo wheels.
