I would say "if you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing", However nothing wrong with Honesty even if it in a negative opinion. For all the amount of Mustangs we are all trying to make them our own. Not everyone will like what the other has done. But thats what makes Mustang Great is the different looks we can make out of what the Factory gave us. If you don't like mods buy Jap Crap and call it a day. As for the OP.. If you like the look then you have accomplished what you wanted for your car. Remember opinions are like a**holes everyone has one and they all stink!!

 

I like it! OP, what kind of vinyl wrap did you use for the Lid? Is that CF vinyl?

 

It looks better than the GT badge. I wish Ford would have deleted the whole rear deck lid faux gas cap in the first place.

 

Yes, Di-noc CF vinyl...got it off ebay. looks fantastic in person and easy pretty easy to install.

 

The nice thing about the Mustang is making it yours. It really doesn't matter what other people think, as long as you are happy with what you have done. Individuality, is the name of the game, and that is what makes life interesting.

With that said, I like it. Keep the mods coming.

 

Is it easy on/easy off? Is it hard to apply without getting bubbles? It looks like it matches my CS interior accents

I think the 5.0 emblem is different. I wouldn't put it on my car but then again, it's not my car. Even though I'm new to TMS the reason I joined was so I could give and receive input. At the end of the day the only person's opinion that matters on any mod is the owner of that car. No need to take up space arguing about bad posts or acting childish. In my opinion, I would like to see the running pony emblem on the rear deck lid. Curious to see how that would look.

 

The GT/CS cars have this, but they say "California Special" on it as well, great Idea of just the running pony. I was thinking originally of getting a GT/CS badge and sanding down the letter and leaving the pony, with a little paint it might have turned out ok.
