dealer installed paint scratch option

whats the bet way to get rid of the dealer installed paint scratchs.i compalined when i took delivery and they said they would take care of me.it looked like someone vandelized my car when it was done.when i picked it up there was a couple buying a harley pickup and a few other costomers and seen the major issues i had with the good work they did to my new black car.the manager came out and seen the issues and promised he would fix. so the next day when they called and said it was done i went to pick it up and they had in there detail booth calming it was better light.so i took it home. just to see they just fixed some of the scratches. when i complained again they offered to let there body shop look at it.no way would i let the people at bob moore ford in okc ever touch it again, now i need some direction form black mustang owners.

that totally sucks man. what did you have installed if you don't mind me asking?
how deep were the marks? I think you could use some 3M rubbing compound if they are light scratches but anything you can dip your finger nail into may need some touch up paint.

If i were you i would take some pics of it and i mean really good pics so you have evidence of them messing up.

Look for a reputable detailer in your area, have them quote you to repair it, and get the dealer to take care of the bill. Make it very clear that the scratches are still there, and that they failed to take care of it.
