Yea I searched it but I didn't see anything about it.. I'll try again.. I seen that plasi-dip on a other site being used but it doesn't show a vid. I'll like to have some reviews on it before I try to use it myself lol

For $20 order an emblem cover from emblemcovers.com. There isn't anything for the fake gas cap so I plastidipped that. It took a little over an hour. The key is to apply small amounts in layers so the paint doesn't run. I sprayed a little too heavy the first time and had to start over. The awesome thing is, you just peel it off if you screw up or don't like it later. The plastidip spray cost less than $6 at Lowe's and now my wife wants me to black out the emblems on her jeep lol.

You can cover around the area you want to paint. If you get any overspray, car detailer or a claybar can remove any random flecks very easily.

Nice job, looks really good.. Have you had any problems with it when you wash your car like bubbling or faking?

Goo gone works too for overspray. Otherwise just take the emblem off to spray it.

The emblem cover fits really well and goes on with 3m tape. As far as the plastidip, no issues with washing so far or being in the weather. I've wiped it down etc, and it seems to be holding up so far.
