After the drop!

Some pictures after ST coilover and swaybar install. It's way too low but that's because I just threw them on and haven't adjusted anything yet. This car looks great with a drop and rides really well for how low it is. More pics of the install and a ride report soon!

Wish I knew! I'm going to take it in on monday to have it aligned. Nice thing about the coilovers is that one of the holes on the struts is slotted (oval shaped), so you have a fair amount of adjustability that you can use to dial in camber. Currently I have it set to be maxed out as negative as it'll go. If I had to do a non-educated completely random guess, I'd say you could get 2, maybe 2.5 degrees of camber out of the front end with the coilovers.

How low is the drop? I had to go with J&M camber adjustment plates with my H&R super short springs to get the camber back into spec.

it started out as 2" front and back, but has settled another half in or so in the front and back. the upper hole that mounts the strut to the knuckle is slotted, so you can dial the camber back to stock (around 1°) all the way to 2.6-2.7°. what you see in the pictures is 2° of camber.

there are a couple vendors on ebay that sell the coilover kit. if anyone goes that route i recommend finding a vendor that has a "make offer" and free shipping option so you can match price with another vendor/website and get some free shipping at the same time. the height adjustment is anywhere between i believe an inch to 3". the car is probably 2-2.5" lower in the front and back, and there's an inch worth of threads left on the strut body to crank the front down even more--not that this translates to another inch of "drop," but you get the idea. you can slam the car if you really wanted to, but you'd be on the bumpstop express for sure at that point.
