adding pony projectors to 2013 v6
Hi the dealer has the exact mustang i want in stock except the comfort package.
i live in south florida so i can do without the heated seats/heated mirrors. I really wanted the pony projector. Is this a plug and play option if i bought the part? or perhaps the dealer might include it . any advice. I was going to custom order but i dont want to wait 3 months especially since my lease audi is due 7/30

You are totally out of focus with that mobile projector. If you want to compare mini projectors, compare the same of its kind. We are talking about TABLETS, not netbooks or bigger computers. The new iPad is a very powerful machine than runs smoothly with iOS inside. It is designed to be portable and almost last all day (I doubt you can say the same with laptops). It is not a substitute for a daily use computer, it is an extra and very useful in mobility mini projectors.

Whoa... This thread is off the tracks!
I don't know if the V6 or Boss mirrors have a plug and play location for the projectors or not, but I'd like to find out if somebody knows.
If the car isn't pre-wired, I heard you can easily tap into the dome light wiring so the pony lights when the doors are unlocked.
It shouldn't be too hard...
