2013 rear end conversion questions

I have seen people change their 2011 rear end to look like a 2013, but I cannot find the site that sells the rear 2013 bumper/valence. Another thing is I don't like the license plates on the 2013 version and was wondering if there is anything that could fix the gap the 2013 tail lights leave on the 2011 or if swapping out the rear end is the only solution.

I keep my eyes on Craigslist and ebay for a '13 bumper as I am waiting to convert my '11 to a '13 bumper as I have '13 taillights. I was able to get my GT front bumper off ebay for $300 shipped. There are a few aftermarket plate surrounds for the '13+ if you dont like the OEM look. As for filling in the gap if you keep the '11 bumper but convert to '13 lights you are SOL. There are no "fillers" that I have seen for the gap. Personally you cannot really tell the gap is there if you have a dark car.
