was wondering how to remove these without fing them up.???

You have to remove the entire hood and send it to ford for them to uninstall them. Otherwise your power train warranty will be voided : )

I imagine to paint or plasti dip them but this will not void a warranty. Lots of members on this forum removed them and never mailed their hood off. Lol
