Wheelman, I like your idea and think you may start a new trend with the combination of hood deflector and hood graphics!

I hope not, but thank you!
Heres a quick pic of the redux, sorry about that ole hoop in the way. Tried to get an after-wash pic in a better spot, but it got dark on me. The wife says I should continue the stripes. Was thinking a partial roof blackout (with rounded edges) originally, but Im now leaning towards stripes to the deck lid, to keep it even and to blacken up the top a little.

You can always Plasti dip the vents to see how it looks, and then peel it off if you don't like it.

I think it would look 100x better if the stripe continued right in to your deflector. The blue break in between the stripe and deflector kills it!

I think exactly the opposite, lol. I specified a one- to two-inch gap.

Can I ask why? If they met up it would look like a cohesive design - like the deflector and stripes were a package. As is, IMO of course, it looks kinda tacked on.

I didnt want it to look like one big honkin piece, but rather as two complimentary pieces. Looks better that way IMO.

Can I get ya to take some electrical tape out, fill the gap and see if you like it?

Im thinking a matching black 1" seam along the outside hood edges would tie it all in well. Wheres my electrical tape?
