Will lowering springs void my warranty

I have a 2010 V6 and want to install lowering springs. My question is, will i void my warranty if I do this? Or will I have to buy the part from the dealer and have them install it to keep my warrenty? Thanks

No, unless the dealer can prove that your lowered suspension caused whatever the issue is.

For example, you lower your car and the stock shocks and struts wear out prematurely, the dealership can point to your lowering springs to say that it's your problem and not theirs.

It has the possibility to void the warranty on any suspension components, Ball Joints, a arms and bushings, Tie rod ends ECT...
You also need to make sure your pinion angle is OK in case anything ever happens to the rear end of the car.
