starkey wire harness issue

Edit***

I'm an idiot and Jason from Starkey is a god. Lol

I left a plug on the pass side fuse panel unplugged.

I want to use this post to thank Jason from Starkey products personally. I sent an email this morning asking for help. Not only did he take time out of his weekend to help me, but he actually stayed on the phone while we tried different things. I know we talk highly about AM' cs, but in my book Starkey is right there with them if not better.

Thanks again Jason!

-Chris.

My radio doesn't work, dash lights don't work, windows don't work. However my door locks, head lights and tail lights do come on when I lock and unlock the car from the fob. Sorry for the long rant, just looking for suggestions.

Sad thing was it was super easy to install, but apparently not for me.
Only think I can think of is that you have a short somewhere. Not really my forte, so hopefully some others have a better idea.

Lol I did something similar the other day...I've been prepping my 03 to sell (today actually) and last week I did an oil change on her. The car has an oil filter relocation kit, which places the oil filter right above the driver's side fog light. Well I unplugged it and tucked the pigtail up out of the way so no oil got on it. Maybe a few days later, I go to drive the car and cursed up a storm that the driver's side fog light wasn't working. Yesterday I remember I unplugged it...oops

Awesome. Glad to hear you got it sorted, and glad to hear you worked with such a stand up guy.

Lol, When I installed mine, I forgot to connect the wires to the control switch.

Jason responds quickly to the customers.

So glad that we got everything working for you, Chris. Thanks for the kind words. You did everything perfectly for the record, it was just that one pesky connecter that needed to be re-connected.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback. Myself or one of the other guys always monitors the tech email account after hours/ on weekends to help out with any potential installation issues. I'm like most people and I don't do these type of projects during business hours, so it wouldn't be fair if that was the only time we were around to help!
