MRT Hood Struts.

I got my MRT Hood Struts today. The hood opens alot higher than the prop rod. They were very easy to install with no drilling. Here are a couple pictures.[IMG][/IMG]

Beware of windy days... It's a scary feeling to have the hood catch the unexpected breeze

Not as scary as when you are still using the prop rod and the wind catches the hood and you hear that prop rod drop and look up to see the hood come down on your head!

Up-Date......I open my hood a lot more than normal people. The hood struts are still working like when they were new. I gave them a true test last week for people who are scared the wind might slam the hood down on their head . We had a day with 30 to 45 mile per hour gust of winds. I opened up my hood, the wind was blowing from the rear of my Mustang to the front. I left the hood up for most of the day, it never went down or closed. I thought i would let you all know.
