FIRM shift points

I recently set my shift points FIRM. In caps because they are very firm. The auto shifts very fast. 1st and 2nd rip it, but 3rd,4th,5th, into 6th feel great and combined with exhaust tone is amazing. I am very impressed with how fast she shifts.
My question is......firm shifts points = bad for the trans/clutch?

All of my automotive knowledge tells me that firm, quick shifts are better for the transmission than soft, slow shifts.

Of course I do not know if there is a limit on this.
