3.7L Spark Plug Swap

I'm curious, what's the process for removing spark plugs on the 3.7L? Looks like the intake manifold is in the way, does that need to be completely removed for passenger side access?

At how many miles do you change the plugs in the 3.7L V6 2012.

Cost$

Done by dealer or independent shop?

I now have 62K miles on my pony.
