I just turned 40k so i,m going to change the plugs, give the maf sensor and throttle body a cleaning, so i guess its stock plugs since the car ran and is running great to begin with.

Not to disagree with the previous poster but I am not a Bosch fan. I would run the NGK IX Iridium plug. No need to gap tighter unless you're running some type of forced induction. I would recommend the LTR6IX-11. I ran a step colder in my 2014 but the was supercharged. I ran an LTR7IX-11 gapped at .028 and ran them in the car for over 20K miles until I traded the car with zero issues.

If you haven't modded the car seriously, there's no reason to not stick with the Motorcraft stock plugs, which come gapped properly so you shouldn't be messing with it anyway.
