Nope said for a stock car won't gain anything more that what you gain for a set of axle backs which you gain basically nothing. So you data logged your car with what mods? Stock with a tune? Only reason I got the CAI with my tuner is I needed one to fit my Boss intake. Im sure with boss intake, long tube headers and off road x-pipe there will be a benefit to the aftermarket CAI. I said if he plans on modding then might as well get the CAI bc most places offer a cheaper price together than separate. After I install the cams over the winter, I'll try and modify the stock CAI to work with the Boss Intake and run them both and see if they make a difference. But not gonna bother paying for dyno time twice.
And my mistake on the boosted part. They do come with their own air intake

GrabberBlue5.0, having chatted with you down at the 'Pike this summer, I'm pretty confident that you know what you're talking about.
The fact that you spent the money and reversed your decision gives you even more cred on the topic as most folks will try to defend the choice they made.

Granted, I've got no numbers to support this, but when I put the BBK CAI on my car, I noticed a power and torque increase. But this is my experience and yours may differ.

And I wasn't trying to discredit him. I was seriously interested in what he data logged. I'm on my phone and the search won't work. And I don't have to defend my purchase, had to get a CAI to work with the Boss intake. And h agreed with him that the CAI wouldn't make a difference on a stock car.

AED.
None faster, none more reliable, and nobody will give you better service than Shaun. Over 25k miles on my AED tune, over 50 full on passes at the track and absolutely zero issues.

As far as the tuner itself, which one do you guys think. I am liking the SCT iTSX wireless. I would like to view parameters and data log.

Here's some real world testing on CAI and the fact they are worthless. Pay special attention to post #14.

First off, I don't have to justify anything to the likes of you. Second, if you don't like what I have to say, that's fine. There's no need to be so nasty to people that are just trying to be friendly on message boards. You seem to get your rocks off on bullying people on these boards, making rude, inappropriate and often mean comments. You can take the belittling and snide attitude of yours someplace else.
That having been said, if you care to come out to SC and disprove my claims, by all means. You just give me a time and place.

All I saw was someone's opinion that says its worth it. One may think its worth it for ABC reason and another for XYZ. No need to prove anything to anyone.
In my opinion (OPINION), it's killer popping the hood on a nice stang to the view of a stock airbox. Regardless of the power gains, which I've seen, although minimal.
