looks badass but i dont think i can ever go back to a centri again. The noise of a roots blower is just 100x better even if it makes less power id rather have a roots or twin screw

The really interesting thing to me about it is the air-to-air intercooler instead of the air-to-water that vortech usually uses. Maybe a room and ease of packaging issue?

Like all the others out there, guess we'll see how it shakes out.

Here is a longer thread with Brian @ Vortech responding.

He says it is air-to-air because that is what most customers are wanting and also because of space issues.

lol ya my 05 GT had the V2-SQ and it was great, but after having the roushcharger, even though its on my truck, the centri's cant compare to the noise of a roots or twin screw IMO

One thing to think about, centrifugal superchargers work better at higher RPM's just like the new 5.0...

The more I look, the more I don't like the super tight fit. Sure would be hell to work on the FEAD.

I think with this motor a turbo kit like Hellion makes for the 2010 will be the hot setup.

I guess we'll have to wait and see... but rest assured I know the Kenne Bell kit won't disappoint
