Suspension thoughts looking for feedback

After adding minor cosmetic upgrades. My next step is getting the stang lowered before moving on to rims in the spring.

Black 2013 GT/CS Manual.

These are the pieces I intend to purchase and have installed at the same time. Any ideas/comments/insights would be greatly appreciated.

Steeda Ultralite Springs
BMR Upper Adjustable Control Arms Poly bushings
BMR Fixed LCA Poly bushings Square Stock
BMR LCA Relocation Brackets
BMR Adjustbale Panhard Bar

Thanks for any info or comments.

You probably will have someone tell you to get new shocks and struts too. And they'll probably tell you the panhard isn't necessary and to wait til you can measure it after lowering.

I just got my ultralites and can't wait to get them on good luck with your lowering. You have some quality parts selected and a great sounding car

Steeda Heavy Duty Upper Strut Mounts
Steeda Panhard Bar
Steeda Ultralites
Just put all that on my 2013 GT. Thats what was recommended by Steeda. Now the car sits and looks how it should. Kept all the other suspension parts stock. Good luck

Haven't really been able to test the handling portion yet, but the ride is still good.

No other parts recommended by Steeda, also asked most of the members in the club and they also said the same thing no other parts needed.

You'll need the LCA relocation brackets to correct the suspension geometry and bring the LCA back in straight position especially after lowering the rear by 1.5" in your case.

I've just ordered the following. I hope this will change the handling / look of the car.

BMR lowring springs (1" front drop / 1.25" rear drop)
BMR LCA with polyurethane bushings
BMR LCA relocation brackets
BMR adjustbale panhard bar
BMR camber bolts

I know that I will need to upgrade the strut mounts when I do the installation. Will decide on this later on.

Great ideas there. Make sure when you order your UCA, to get a new bracket for it. BMR sells one. Other than that, good choices. When you lower the car, I'd either get a set of camber bolts or caster/camber plates. Then get everything aligned at a shop.

There are many different ways that you can piece together a suspension mainly based on how you are planning on driving your car and what your budget is.

If you are looking for a complete suspension and need to put the extra power to the ground then LCA's would be a great option ... if it is in the budget. If you are just looking to lower, get a better stance, and improve handling then Springs, Panhard Bar, and Mounts can be done.

Let me know if I can help with pricing or any additional questions you may have.

Best Regards,

TJ
