Unless you have a Bama tune.

Edit: Not from within the tuner. You have to get new tunes with, hopefully, the correct speedo calibration.

So if I have a Bama tune, then they can't send me a tune that would fix the speedo?

I went from 19's to 18's and I never made the change with my SCT Tuner, if my speedo says I'm doing 60 I'm really doing like 56 witch is fine by me because it might save me with those dam ticket cameras or a cop on the side of the road. But really it does not bother me now if it was the opposite then I might of made the change with my tuner. There is a iPhone app called Speedometer and it is accurate as I have tested it with several of our Town cars at work and then you can see how much your off ?
