Roush vs GT500 Mufflers
The Roush mufflers I have currently are just too much for me in my every day driving, so I was thinking a good compromise would be the GT500 mufflers. Please verify that the GT500s are quieter than the Roush but more aggressive than stockers.
And anyone interested in the Roush ones I have feel free to PM me as they have less than 200 miles on them currently.
Thanks.

Just do one quick search man and you'll find about 10 threads on this. In short, the answer to your question is yes. They are quiter than Roush, and more agressive than stock. Buy them through Shaun (Stinger1982) for the best deal

I can see how the Roush would be a bit much. I don't like them either. Especially for regular driving. Only reason I'd want it that loud is if I were running open headers on a drag car.

Love my Roush exhaust but my car is not a daily driver either. I first thought it was loud but you get used to it now I think sometimes it's not loud enough. : )

Just thought I'd let everyone know I went ahead and purchased the GT500 mufflers, so my Roush ones are up for sale now. $300+freight as they only have 250 miles on them.

Car is still only at 500 miles, so I have not gone WOT on it for long and have not had it dynoed yet....but I love the lack of skipshift.

It may because I'm young and dumb, but I feel you on this one. I actually have Magnaflow competition-series (muffler deletes) and when I first put them on, man, it seemed deafeningly loud. Was afraid to pull away from a stop with a police car near-by.
Now, several months later..I feel like they are so quiet!
