QuickLIFT Hood Struts

Has anyone installed these on a 2011 GT? If so what do you think about them?
I am thinking this might be my first mod. I can't stand the prop rod.

I switched the MRT struts from the 05 to the 11, work well, had thoughts about
the weight difference but no porblems. I prefer the MRT to the Redlines. Don't have a picture
with them on tho.........

Just curious,
What did you like about the MRT's over Redline's?

I put the redlines on my car two weeks ago and they fit and work great.

To each their own, of course, but I like the prop rod. Simple, cheap, virtually never breaks or has to be replaced. Certainly won't wear out over time. LOL.

Redline tuning are the best. We will be doing this FIRST as well as a complete write up.
Look at the piviot point of the bolt on style and how much hood hangs over the strut, then compare that to the Redlines.
Redlines will never fail where bolt on styles have been known to blow down on a windy day

Thanks Tucker,
I will be ordering the Redline's after my move this week. I'll let everyone know what I think and I'll try to take some photos.

MRT vs Redlines

I liked the ease of install, the look, and the way the hood is raised higher....

I never had a problem in the 4+ years they were on the 05...

Either will work well, get whichever you like the look of best.
