Question about my stock intake manifold 5.0

I am in the process of painting covers,etc... in my engine compartment. I am painting the intake tubes also. I was going to tape off and paint in car but decided it would come out like ****, so im taking the intake manifold right off to do it right. I am at the point of taking the manifold off now but am wondering about the gasket on it. Do I have to replace or can you just reuse? Is it just a one piece rubber jobber that you reuse? thanks, if anyone has torque spec and pattern on that handy also would be great!

Find an install write-up for the Boss 302 intake manifold. It has all the information you need. There is no gasket (8 o-rings) and the manifold is dry (no coolant channels), so it's a breeze to work on (well, except for that stupid wire loom across the back).

Dupli color exact match Performance white. I prepped and sprayed with plastic adhesion promoter first. I have driven around and got warm and checked it. I will say the intake really does not get that hot so I don't forsee any issues with it.

Cool thanks. I've been considering doing something similar but Kona.
