Went with something different than solid colors. How do they look?

Nathan: Looks nice. Can you give us some info? What type of paint did you use as the heat is fairly extreme under the hood. Or did you have it done by someone?

I live in Europe currently so I used some local Tuning Line 350F heat resistant engine paint. I was lucky enough to find all ford colors. Cleaned, prepped with primer, taped (w/patience, the letters are a pain) It took about 7 or 8 light coats.

Been to the strip and ran all weekend with no heat issues.

Yea, I had the worst time with the letters because the paint would build up in the corners. I ended up laying them flat to do the letters and it spread out evenly. There are a few flaws in them mostly dust specs. You can only see them up close though.
