Which is prob why the company that actually sells the parts should make the instructions. Like the previous poster stated, make very crystal clear instructions, youbtube step by step installation, etc.
I agree that very detail oriented instructions generate customer service just as much as being on the other line of a telephone, they go hand in hand.

Not only would better instructions make the install simpler for the customer, it would reduce e-mails and calls into their tech support. It also helps ensure the part is installed right the first time which might lower warranty claims and other general mishaps. Pretty much a win/win all around. Provide color instructions that have real pictures.
Business Protip #2: Create a Steeda YouTube channel and record the installation of all your new products. Show people how simple it is. You will rake in all kinds of money.
Poor instructions caused Steeda to lose this sale, and possible a lot of others. Even if you think this was common sense, you can only assume others have had the same question.

My JLT came in on Monday... My friend with JLT CAI had the billet Steeda one he hadn't installed yet... I liked the look of his better (+ I have Steeda CAI) and he liked mine better... So we swapped. I'll put it on this weekend if I EVER stop working!

Glad you liked it
Very easy install and very effective. I've changed it twice since owning it and have caught 3 fill teaspoons of oil
