Here's that clip I told ya about with the SSW. If I could sum it up in 1 word...that would be RACECAR!

I think anything under $400 and you did good. When I got mine in April or May CJ was running a special and I think I paid $340 shipped but that was the cheapest I had seen them . . .

Since I have an after-cat X-Pipe, I will chime in. My setup is a Pypes 3 inch after-cat X-pipe, resonators deleted and a GT500 axle back.
First of all, if you want to do this all bolt-up, make sure the X-pipe necks down to 2.75 inches before the exhaust. Either that, or get a 3 inch to 2.75 inch band clamp. I had to get mine welded in because I did not know about, or have the band clamps.
The GT500s and deleted resonators was pretty loud with the stock H-pipe. I figured the improved scavenging of the X, plus the full 3 inch pipe (as opposed to the 3 different sized stock H) would greatly improve flow and increase noise as well. While it likely did benefit flow, it acually quieted down the exhaust. The H pipe was much more choppy and had an abundance of popping and burbling on decelaration. This is mostly gone now, replaced by a smooth higher pitched wail under load. I am an X-pipe guy, but if you want that classic "musclecar" sound that so many people favor, you want to stick with the stock H or go with an aftermarket H. I can tell you that the GT500s, the H and no resonators was loud.
Here are some videos. I am also going to shoot an outside video or two this weekend of the current setup:

I wish SW made just an axleback. I would like to try that, but don't want to replace the entire catback.

I've been wanting to go xpipe n headers down the road, but I'll probably get rid of my Roush's when I do. I haven't heard a clip of them with an x/h pipe that I liked yet. I'll check out those clips in the morning.

Yah I tried the AM pricing someone put up (supposed to be 399) and I can't get it that low. The starting price is 469, even after the 6% off its still over 440.

Ok I have now narrowed it down to either of these three in exact order. 1) o/r x pipe with Kooks mufflers 2) roush axlebacks with "after cat" x pipe 3) Borla S-type CATBACK. The reason the borla is the last on the list is cause its $1,200 and while it does sound amazing I cant see myself spending that much money on an exhaust when I can get the roush's for $399 through JDM and they sound similar.
Only issue I am worried about is the whole 02 sensor issue that Lethal performance says "you need a tune or the car will run rich and hinder performance due to the cat overheat sensors". Is this true, or can I just use this trick this way I dont throw a CEL http://www.svtperformance.com/forums...-cel-read.html

Thanks! I really tried to set up the camera so that you could really hear the exhaust sound vs. just hearing the mic breaking up due to the volume.
Over all for this exhaust set up I am very pleased. I do like the Kooks cat back with an x pipe too, but for the difference in price... I am happy!!!

Yes I am actually still in the market and mac thanks a ton for posting that vid!!! It basically made up my mind.
I really wanted the Kooks exhaust in the video I posted with the black car, but that car is the kooks FULL exhaust. I heard a car with an o/r x and the kooks axleback and it doesnt sound the same cause of the factory resonators, which would mean I have to get the full catback and than the o/r x which would be just as expensive as the Borla.
I think I am just going to get the roush axlebacks with the after cat x for now, since I cant take how disgustingly quiet this car is (I came from a 2010 with longtubes, o/r x and borla stingers lol), and than maybe in the spring when I have a little bit more cash change it for a kooks full exhaust if I really want to. I dont want to tune for a while and I'm not crazy about using 02 non foulers to keep the CEL off, and the Roush's dont sound too far off from the Borlas and are less than 1/2 the price.
