Just got back from the tint shop, 20% looks badass Got my car on Tuesday but haven't done the "here it is" thread since I only have crappy cell pics. Buddy coming over with an SLR so they should be up soon.

SGM looks sooo good, love that colour! Hurry home haha
Back home now, haven't had time to clean her up and do a photo session so far, humid like hell and thunder boomers right now. Hopefully tomorrow i'll get luckier.

Here are a few shots of what I got done this weekend. Steeda sports, Koni yellows, Steeda HD mounts and 1/4 spacers on the AM replica gt500s. I will get some shots of the car outside tomorrow after it gets a bath. O and to those who say they dont really feel a difference in stock and this set up with the yellows on full soft need to get their a$$ nerves checked

ETA: Crap that thing is dirty! Sorry about that. And the poor pics lol. Also got the Magna flow H pipe back on while the rear was hanging. I need to get the headers and stuff ordered but dont know when I will get around to it. Right now I have the front set at 180 turn and full soft rear.

Very nice Graboid! Even my car handles a whole lot better with just springs!
I finally got around to getting some pics of mine with the Ford Racing spring drop

Oooo yaaa thats what Im talking about. Im glad I went with a little taller spring though. I have already backed out of the driveway just a little quick and drug the front . Dont drag when I take my time though. With that extra .5 or so I would drag all the time.

Here are a few more poor shots outside after a power wash. I need to get my lazy azz out there and hand wash it. Maybe this afternoon. I guess I could of at least backed it out of the shade and on some flat ground so it wasnt lifting in the front

And yes it is a little negative on the camber. I have to take it for alignment Monday.

I also forgot. With the 1/4" spacer and the rear centered I plumbed it and have 4mm either side to the edge of the lip rear and 10mm on the front. So with the AM wheels you might go 1/2" spacer rear if you dont mind them sticking out 2-3mm. I prefer them being a little inside the lip than out myself.

Personally I would get an alignment with any work that includes removing of the sprints etc. Unless I just got to the point I felt fully comfortable with my settings, which I dont see happening. And a few of the shops around here dont even charge me when I take one in and it is in spec.

It's good practice to always get an alignment after a spring install. I've found that something is usually off just enough to be out of spec.

Was told by my experienced mod guy that i didn't need an alignment with just a 1" spring drop. I went for a photo shoot today, just have to post them. It's coming.

I disagree very highly with his opinion. I have been doing this for years and have been taught by some of the best in the business and not aligning is a mistake.
You ate gonna wear the tires unevenly and the car will dart around More on compression bumps.

I go as far to install bump steer kits when lowering a car to correct the geometry in the front end when lowered.

Please trust me and spend the ~$50 it costs fir the front end alignment.

Anybody have to cut down the rear bump stops? I can barely fit a finger above them.

I just had Rehagen racing do the FRPP 1" drop. And let me tell you night and day handling. And dare I say the ride is much smoother than stock. I drive on very bumpy roads every day and I am not bouncing over them like before. I will do a thread on it later this week. But here is a teaser.

Yeah thank you so much for setting it up. It was a nice day. The photo guy for Rehagen was there and snapped some pictures. He said he was going to put them up on the website.

Great bunch of guys.

Are you guys doing literally springs only or are you also installing adjustable panhard bars? I'm getting a hook-up by a local shop who's desperate to get a 4v 5.0 on his rack. If I'm going to need a panhard bar I'd like to have him do it at the same time. My concern is the axle shifting once the body is lowered.
